Michigan School for the Deaf offers programs and services that apply to pre-school to high school level. We offer special programs for learning area such as auditory training, sign language, rhythm, and other essential components in helping enhance the child’s education.

Integrated Family Communication
We provide sign language classes at all levels of learning. These classes are offers to students, families, and guardians of students. We also provide seminars on topics that include communication, reading, and discipline.
We provide interaction programs with other deaf communities with yearly activities. Our program is aimed to provide the ideal social, physical, and academic environment for students with hearing disabilities at the elementary, secondary, and college level.
This program is dedicated to building social encouragement to the friends and community of the deaf. The main objective is to foster the awareness of understanding the disability and the challenges that come with it. We also offer seminars and sign language classes that are available to all members of the community.
To help provide an equal stance for deaf children, we ensure a holistic development for learners by providing activities that are specifically designed to meet the needs of children with hearing disabilities. Our aim is to build interest and stimulate co-exist with a wide range of activities that ensure equal opportunities for students to participate.
